Applicant Privacy Notice

This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how TheInsightEdge, Inc. (“TheInsightEdge,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through the careers application on theinsightedge.ai. It applies to internship and early-career applications for the current hiring round. It does not replace our general Privacy Policy, which covers the broader TheInsightEdge website and products.

Information we collect

When you submit an application, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• LinkedIn profile URL (optional)
• Area of interest (and a short specification if you select “Other”)
• Education status
• Your written response about interest in TheInsightEdge
• Resume file (PDF) and the original filename you upload

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. As part of that security check, Cloudflare may process technical information associated with the verification request, which can include your IP address. Your resume may contain additional information you choose to include (for example, phone number, address, education history, or work history). Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for recruiting.

How we use your information

We use application information to:

• Receive and review your application for the current hiring round
• Assess fit for early-career or internship opportunities
• Contact you about your application or next steps
• Prevent duplicate applications for the same hiring cycle
• Protect the application process against spam, fraud, and abuse
• Maintain internal recruiting records (including status and internal notes created by our team)

We do not use careers application information to send product marketing or waitlist messages.

Access and service providers

Application records are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure used to operate this website, including a database for application details and a private object store for resume files.

Authorized TheInsightEdge personnel may access applications through an internal candidate review tool protected by Cloudflare Access. Resume files are retrieved through that authenticated administrative path and are not published as public download links.

We use Cloudflare services (including hosting, storage, and Turnstile) as service providers that process information on our behalf to run and secure the application flow. We do not sell applicant personal information.

Security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this process, including private storage for resumes, access controls for internal review, and protections intended to keep application data from public exposure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

We retain application information as reasonably necessary for recruitment, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. We review retention needs and take appropriate steps to securely dispose of information when it is no longer required.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about your application, or to ask questions about how it is used.

To make a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation or a legitimate recruiting or recordkeeping need.
